Westfield Homeless Cat Project

Who We Are: We are a non- profit 501(c)3 cat rescue completely staffed by volunteers and based in Westfield, MA. We are approved and registered with the Massachusetts Department of Agriculture and all of our cats are rescues that have been abandoned, abused, surrendered, or just simply left to die. When our cats are brought in, adult cats receive full veterinary care (testing, vaccinations and alters), while kittens receive flea and worm preventative treatments and their 1st set of vaccinations. The Westfield Homeless Cat Project is a no kill rescue and does not discriminate against age or illness provided that vet care is managable and we will exhaust all means to save our feline friends.

Adopting A Friend: Potential adopters are screened and required to fill out an adoption application which must be pre-approved. In order to help us defray the cost of veterinary care, a $90.00 adoption donation for adult cats is requested, while an adoption donation for kittens is $70.00, with a $35 refund issued upon proof of spay or neuter within 6 months. If you are interested in adopting one of our animals Please e-mail at westfieldhcp@aol.com. and request an application. Or call (413) 568-6964

Come Visit Us: Please come see us at our adoption clinic held every Saturday:
11:00am - 3:00pm
Westfield Home and Garden Center
Springfield Street (Route 20)
Westfield, MA

Adoptions MUST be PRE-APPROVED! No on site adoptions!
All other adoptions are by appointment only.

How You Can Help:

The Westfield Homeless Cat Project relies heavily on monetary donations, which are tax deductible. Additionally, we have a variety of volunteer opportunities and are always in search of loving foster homes as well as donations of cat supplies and tag sale items. If you would like to help, please contact us! Thank you for your support!
